1. SCOPE AND ORIGINALITY

The Journal of Law, Innovation and Public Policy (RDIPP) accepts research articles, essays, case studies and reviews related to law, innovation and public policy. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished and not under consideration by another journal.

2. LANGUAGES

Manuscripts may be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English. Texts in Portuguese or Spanish must also provide the title, abstract and keywords in English. Texts in English must provide these elements in Portuguese as well.

3. AUTHOR IDENTIFICATION

To preserve double-anonymous peer review, the manuscript file must not include names, affiliations, acknowledgements or any element that reveals authorship. All authors and co-authors must be registered in OJS with full name, email, institutional affiliation, country, academic biography and ORCID when available.

4. MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE

The text must include a clear title, a 100–250-word abstract, three to five keywords, introduction, development organized into sections, conclusion and references. The abstract must state the objective, method, main results or arguments and conclusion. Tables, charts, figures and appendices must be numbered, titled and accompanied by their source.

5. FILE FORMAT

Submit the manuscript as an editable DOCX or ODT file, on A4 pages, in 12-point Times New Roman, with justified text, 1.5 line spacing, 2.5 cm top and side margins, and a 2 cm bottom margin. Use 10-point Times New Roman for long quotations and explanatory notes and 11-point Times New Roman for references. Supplementary material may be uploaded as separate files.

6. CITATIONS AND REFERENCES

Citations and references must follow the current ABNT standards and use a consistent format. In the reference list, set work titles and journal names in bold. Include the DOI as an https://doi.org/... link whenever available and verify that every in-text citation corresponds to an entry in the reference list.

7. RESEARCH INTEGRITY AND ETHICS

Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy and integrity of the work. They must disclose funding sources, conflicts of interest, author contributions and any use of artificial-intelligence tools. AI-generated content cannot be credited as an author. Research involving human participants or sensitive data must declare ethics approval or justify exemption under applicable law. Suspected plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, improper authorship or redundant publication will be examined editorially.

8. EDITORIAL PROCESS

After editorial screening, manuscripts within scope undergo double-anonymous peer review. The decision may be acceptance, request for revisions or rejection. Language editing and formatting adjustments may be required before publication.

9. ACCESS AND FEES

The journal provides immediate open access. There are no submission, review or publication fees.
