Indexing

INDEXING AND METRICS

RDIPP began publication in 2026 and is structuring its metadata and editorial processes to improve discovery, preservation and future inclusion in scholarly directories and databases.

Active technical resources

  • Bibliographic metadata compatible with OJS and the OAI-PMH protocol.
  • Dublin Core metadata exposure.
  • Pages and metadata prepared for discovery by scholarly search engines, including Google Scholar.
  • Sitemap and permanent public URLs for issues and articles.
  • Interface and editorial metadata in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • Usage statistics enabled in OJS.

ISSN

An ISSN application will be submitted to the Brazilian ISSN Centre after the documentary requirements are met and the first issues are published. No ISSN has been assigned yet.

DOI and Crossref

The OJS infrastructure for DOI assignment and Crossref deposits is prepared, but DOI assignment depends on obtaining and activating an institutional prefix and completing the corresponding registration. Articles will receive DOIs only after this stage.

Directories and databases

Applications to directories and databases such as DOAJ, Latindex and other services will be submitted as the journal accumulates published issues and meets each service's criteria. Mention on this page does not mean that indexing has already been granted.

Google Scholar

The website provides public pages and metadata suitable for Google Scholar discovery. Crawling and display in search results depend on Google's own processes and criteria.
