About the Journal

PRESENTATION
The Journal of Law, Innovation and Public Policy (RDIPP) is an electronic scholarly journal published by Faculdade do Litoral Sul Catarinense (FLSC). Its mission is to promote the production and circulation of high-quality knowledge on law, innovation and public policy, connecting academic research, institutions and society.

FOCUS AND SCOPE
The journal publishes scholarly articles, essays, case studies, reviews and other original academic works on Public Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, legal and technological innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence and regulation, governance, public policy management and evaluation, fundamental rights, civic participation, sustainability and development. Interdisciplinary and comparative approaches are welcome.

EDITORIAL POLICY
Submissions undergo preliminary editorial screening and, when aligned with the journal's scope, double-blind peer review. Editorial decisions consider originality, methodological rigor, scholarly relevance, academic integrity and contribution to the field. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

PUBLICATION FREQUENCY
Semiannual publication, with two issues per annual volume. The first issue corresponds to the first semester (2026/1) and the second to the second semester (2026/2).

OPEN ACCESS
All content is freely available, with no registration required for reading. The journal does not charge readers subscription fees.
